Horses and pomades. The reason for the trip was to attend an event a couple of days later, so we spent the first night a bit by chance in Mahón, where to our surprise, they were celebrating the Gracia festival. The whole island was on the street, drinking pomada, and waiting for the passage of Giants and the cavalry, in a great atmosphere that will be worth repeating next year.

Short but beautiful
Short but beautiful. We only stayed a couple of nights in this area of the island, but it was worth it to visit Binibeca and go to Cova den Xoroi. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walking from the port and has very beautiful views.

We loved it in Mahón
We loved being in Mahón, it's very beautiful and we rented a small car. The hotel is very well located, very close to the center of Mahón and one street from the bus station. Although it doesn't have parking, we didn't have any problems parking the car we rented. There is a very cheap blue zone parking area one street from the hotel. We had a great time, better than at home. And we really liked Mahón. There is a lot of cultural offer and many concerts in August. Many restaurants, cafes, bakeries where you can buy a delicious ensaimada and they make exquisite cheese. When you drive on the roads, you see the cows and the farms where the delicious cheese is made. We will return, thank the hotel staff for their great kindness and the management for the great details that make the stay a 10.

Lack of public transportation
We liked it a lot. There is a lack of public transportation from Mahón to coves and beaches; it is centralized at the Bus Station. Normally, it would be from the port or center, especially in the summer months.
