The ilunion aparthotel is phenomenal, the staff very friendly and the director too, the facilities are complete for an excellent holiday, near supermarket, pizzeria, mesón el murciano, etc.

The apartments are very nice. I had read that cleanliness was lacking, but when we entered they were spotless and cleaned every day. It is true that the kitchenware is very limited, but for us everything was perfect. The bed was huge and very comfortable (although they only had the sheet to cover you and we were cold a couple of nights). There is air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom, and the location is great, half an hour's walk from cala macarelleta and a bit more from macarella, and cala galdana is downhill. And half an hour from practically everything on the island (ciudadela, airport, faro de cavallería...). The only bad thing we can say is that the cleaning ladies came into the apartment every day while we were inside, because they came very early and woke us up or disturbed us if we had just woken up. After all, you go on vacation to rest, and not everyone is out of the apartment at 9 or 10 for having gotten up early. They should have some control to know if you are inside or simply a do not disturb sign (so they pass later). But the cleanliness is very good, we are very happy with them. Also, very friendly. And on the last day we asked about the option to shower after leaving the apartment, to take advantage of the last morning, and we were told they have this service, but it was not available at the moment due to covid-19, something we didn't understand since the pool and pool showers were working normally. We have a very good feeling and if we return to menorca, we'll definitely consider coming back here.

Good location. Excellent willingness of the staff. The breakfast, in adapting to the new situation, needs more staff, more shift options and to reach the variety it had in the self-service format of previous years.

Everything went very well. The room and bathroom were cleaned every day. They always included more than one set of towels daily for use. Wifi always available. Experience to repeat.
