  Incredible. Everything perfect. They made me feel extremely comfortable. I mean, i didn't want to leave the center. Congratulations to hotel valparaíso.

  I am a customer of this hotel but not like before, i found some staff members that i know but i believe there is a new owner. The hotel is still clean but facilities like the spa are chargeable, it used to be included with the room and at the same time useless with a cold steam bath.

  Hello, i advise against taking the half-board. Breakfast yes, but dinner zero. However, i am a customer of this hotel and have recommended it to quite a few friends, this time it is poor. Regards.

  Truly relaxing and enjoyable holiday helped by staying in this hotel. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Amazing views of the bay, swimming pool and spa facilities exceptional. Breakfast tremendous, no point eating anywhere else - it will set you up for a lovely day in wonderful surroundings. Cheap taxi or bus into the main town is your best bet but it certainly isn't a hassle. Superb location and views, you won't be disappointed staying here.

  When we arrived around 11 at night, we had booked a triple room, and they had a double. They had to put in an extra bed that didn't fit in the room, but what they did have was to charge it as a triple and not a double. Then the air conditioning, at 9 in the morning we were already at 25. 5 degrees, we reported it twice and they came to check it, but we continued with the problem every day. The best was mr. Poco, super friendly, the rest nothing, i do not recommend going.

  We stayed one night, but the service was great. The spa is fantastic, and the breakfast buffet is very complete, with very good attention.
