Spacious rooms with balcony and views of the cove. Very well equipped with a full bathroom, sofa... Hotel staff very friendly and attentive to any client request. Adequate buffet with a wide variety of vegetables. Summer vacation area far from the center, but taking a bus, taxi or rental car is no problem. The hotel has three blocks, but you can easily move from one to another via walkways or elevator. Good cleanliness.

Second time we enjoy this hotel on the island. We no longer consider looking for another. We went with two children, a little one aged 6 and one aged 11. There are activities for all ages. A spa and a gym where nothing is missing. Everything in detail. The staff is a 10! the recently renovated rooms are detailed with all the necessities. The animation team is always on the lookout to make sure you enjoy everything and your stay is unforgettable. We can only thank all the staff.

Very good stay, very good hotel, but to highlight the food, a real mess; all fried and frozen. For a barceló chain, they have messed up a lot.

The live kitchen offers good quality and variety in meats and fish, the rest of the buffet is correct, good cleanliness, continuous replenishment, well-cooked and drinks served at the table by friendly, attentive, and dedicated staff. General cleanliness of room and facilities very good. The animation team is great with children and adults. Good professionals, very friendly and always willing to make you enjoy your stay, special mention for raymon, gregorio, and carlos santana.

The stay at the hotel has been wonderful in every way. To begin with, the location is great, right on the beach, with spectacular views and surroundings. The hotel is very nice in general, the 2 pools are beautiful. The rooms are of a good size and with all the comforts and beautiful views of the cove. They gave us a first room with worse views and after saying so, they changed it for us. The buffet and all-inclusive food is very varied and all super delicious. Breakfasts lacked nothing, even with natural fruit juices. But for us, the best of all is the treatment by the staff, from the receptionists to the cleaning staff. I can say that in this aspect it is the best hotel we have been to. And to finish, especially highlight the animation team. We have never enjoyed a hotel so much in this regard. And because of the quality of the people, who are so professional and it is clear they enjoy their work, they made us have a great time. Thanks to that wonderful team. I also almost forgot to highlight the gym and especially the spa, which we have used quite a bit since it was included in the hotel without paying anything extra. So, my experience is to repeat next year without a doubt. Regarding the island, to say that we liked everything, but especially the whole area of the sierra tramuntana, something for which i have no words to describe. And finally, it is very worthwhile to visit the city of palma, which is not far from the hotel. Finally, i want to thank all the hotel workers for their excellent friendliness. I liked: in the all-inclusive, mojito and ron barceló were not included, only national like negrita, although it must be said that they make other cocktails that are not bad. There are usually no queues and if there are, they are reasonable and fast. In the terrace area of the restaurant, the waiters are quick and nice although they sometimes look a bit overwhelmed, not because of their professionalism, which is 10, but because we all come down to eat at peak hours. From there, some reinforcement for that peak hour wouldn't be bad. Well, my experience was good, i would recommend this hotel. By the way, very important: parking is a bit complicated if you arrive at difficult times. Do not park on the fence in front of the hotel with the yellow line, the other day they fined the entire row of cars parked. There is a street uphill where you can park and walk a bit more. The hotel could try to talk to the town council or something to remove that line as it is a very large hotel for the few spaces it has available.

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel. The truth is that the standard room they gave us was very far from everything, at the end of the hallway, and the whole hallway and bathroom smelled strongly of pipes. The tiles in the bathtub were full of mold. The food is good and the facilities are too.

Correct hotel overall. The negative point is the noise. It echoes a lot, whether in the restaurant or in the building. Meals are varied, no more. The hotel's location is next to the beach but we hardly ever went because there was little sun.

The view from the room was spectacular, from the terrace you could see the sea, the rooms were spacious and very bright. The hotel is very well maintained and has direct access to the cove. It has a great children's area and pool.

The location is perfect, right by the cove with direct access. It offers activities and, in addition, you can enjoy services such as massages and more. The meals were great and the staff friendly. Recommended.
