To make your stay more comfortable a lounge, a reception, a lobby and air conditioning are available. The staff in this 5 storey hotel speaks English, Spanish and German. An entertainment program suited for children and a playground are available for young guests. For guests who wish to be mobile, bicycle rental, car rental and motorbike rental can be arranged.   • The workers provide very good attention. The one who acts as housekeeper leaves much to be desired, a terrible treatment towards the workers.

  • The attention of all the staff was fabulous. From the director, reception staff, and waiters, an unbeatable treatment, a 10. The location is excellent for moving around and being in the area. The food was a bit repetitive. The animation, to be honest, i did not like at all any day.

  • The hotel staff is very, very competent. However, cleanliness, towel changes, etc., were lacking. In our case, we arrived and one of the pillows was placed upside down and was not changed during the entire stay, even with the cleaning sign up. The trash in the bins was not emptied throughout the stay, etc., even for a towel change you had to go after the cleaning lady, who was a bit unpleasant by the way, to get them. The rest of the staff, especially in the dining room, was excellent. Another thing is that the menu posted daily for lunch and dinner rarely matches what is actually available.

  • Hello, i had already stayed in this hotel about 4 years ago and it wasn't bad at all, so we wanted to go back this summer. But this time i was completely disappointed, as both the cleanliness of the room and the room itself leave much to be desired. As soon as you enter the room, there is a musty smell that is off-putting and what to say about the spiders in the bathroom due to lack of cleanliness, it's like entering an old house. The food is quite limited with little variety and low quality. And if you go with the all-inclusive, it is supposed to have snacks until 5 pm, but at 4:20 pm there are already none, and if you ask the waiter if they will do something or restock, he says they won't. The television in the room doesn't work on half of the channels and the dishes and cutlery in the room were rusty. The only thing we enjoyed was the night show, but for everything else, it's not worth going to this hotel. A shame, because the first time i went it wasn't so neglected and i left with a good impression.

  • - the information given by phone about the hotel before booking does not match reality. Neither do the photos.
    - the director treated us very badly, telling us that we had invented the information his workers had previously given us regarding the all-inclusive and gluten-free menu. He told us that they have nothing adapted and that he would not adapt it for us. Additionally, the all-inclusive does not include some cocktails that we were told it did before. Facing the impossibility of eating due to the gluten allergy, we decided to ask for a refund, but the director refuses and speaks to us again in a very rude manner.
    - after asking for the complaint form, he decides to go buy what is necessary for the stay. After speaking with the chef, they had some products, but the menu left much to be desired.
    - the food in general was terrible.
    - the rooms were very old and had cockroaches.
    - the supervision of children in the pool was non-existent, as the lifeguard constantly used his phone, and the minors ran and jumped around the pool with the risk of slipping.
    - we were also informed there was an offer for residents of €10 per apartment for an additional meal in the all-inclusive, but upon arrival at the hotel, we were told no, and the receptionist named gertrud treated us as liars and spoke to us very disdainfully. After the whole conflict, to not let us leave, they gave us the offer, but after seeing the treatment and the facilities, we decided to leave earlier.
    - the only good thing to highlight was the treatment received from the waiters and the chef.

  • The best part was the good treatment from the staff: reception, cleaners, waiters, cooks, animators. The good treatment and service provided. The worst, to mention something, is the poor use of the pool. There is more than enough space to place the loungers, but people put them anywhere, limiting the space for those who arrive last. Glasses are used in the bathing area with the risk it entails.

  • The best, the food, without a doubt. They are very careful not to leave an empty tray that looks like you're eating leftovers or what nobody wants. Everything is very well cared for and, most importantly, very delicious. The live cooking also with variety both at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Very happy. The worst, the bathrooms. A bit old, the curtain doesn't let you shower comfortably, the water spills out if you're not very careful. The rooms are old. The pool area, everything very crowded and without any greenery, just the solarium (very quiet and very nice). The stairs to the rooms often looked dirty. They should have staff taking more care of those details.

  • Correct facilities for the price-quality ratio, the cleanliness is also correct, the buffet is perhaps the weakest part of the hotel, although to its credit i have to say that there is fresh fruit from morning until the evening when dinner closes, which i find very interesting. The best is the attention of the staff, all the staff. They make you feel at home. You should know that it's a hotel where many foreigners stay, so the entertainment is almost exclusively in english. Palma is exceptional.
