The old city is beautiful, not only party and farniente. The beaches and creek, are stunning. Such a beautiful place. You need a car, four wheels drive is the best. I don't really recommend quad, buggy or scooter as you may want to go far to explore.
San Antonio is a must-see for those enjoying sunsets with DJ music playing in the background, nice cocktails and clear water beaches like Cala Salada (boat trip of half an hour from the port/Columbian egg roundabout, 7€ one way in 2022). Food is very nice, we especially liked fresh fish, prawns, and café bombon (with condensed milk). For breakfasts there are a couple of bakeries in the central streets (Harinus, Pa de Blat) or for those wanting complete set, Bondi and nearby ones in front of the port. For apero/cocktails, the Sunset Strip: places like Savannah/Cafe del Mar and southwest bay with Bamboo, Kasbah (best to reserve), etc. For dinner, we liked Manila and the sequence from it to the port (Skinny Kitchen, Kvida and the Thai next to it, etc), and Sushimi.
A very beautiful city, and generally so is the island. A lot of parties and events. The beach is not the best, but it fulfilled the purpose. Would absolutely go back

Grace Warner,
Santa Eulària des Riu (Isla de Ibiza)
Lovely, not too busy, but perfect for local restaurants with a nice promenade to walk into town
