Anónimo,
The location is exceptional, the staff friendly, the cleanliness is correct. As for the rest, the passage of time is noticeable, except for the bathroom which was updated.

I stayed four nights. The value for money is good because its location is excellent on the same Uría street, 1 from the train station. At the reception very friendly. The rooms are spacious. The double I got was good, the blankets and bedspread could be improved. The bathroom I got was good, but in a few years it will need to be renovated. In the quadruple room, the renovated bathroom was good, spacious. The heaters worked well. The windows face Uría, they let in some noise but not much, good for a two-star hotel. Daily towel change, great because Oviedo is very humid. The amenities, sachet soap, correct. The TV was good, modern. Correct cleanliness. In short, very good value for money, without luxuries but of course, the price is very good. There is breakfast in the restaurant downstairs for 4.50 or 5.50. There are many cafes around. I would repeat.

Anónimo,
The hotel is very central, the problem is where to park. We parked in the El Corte Inglés parking lot for €9.5 per 24 hours. At the hotel, the cleaning is a bit lacking, there are areas with a lot of dust and towels with a frying smell.

The best: The location. It is close to the center and the train and bus stations. Spacious room for 4 people. Very friendly staff. The worst: the soundproofing. You can hear everything happening in the next room (TV included) and in the street. We slept poorly due to the noise. Small bathroom.

The best is the location, close to everything, three minutes from the center, next to Renfe and three minutes from the bus station. The worst is the street noise at night; a passage place of the movida, and you can hear everything.

Anónimo,
Hotel con buena calidad para ser solo un 2. Ubicación excelente, enfrente de la estación de tren y cerca (2-3 min.) del centro. Habitación y baños amplios. Personal amable. Cafetería con buenos precios.
