The stay was very good. Very central hotel, next to the train and bus station, recommended. I did not use any facilities, only for sleeping. Very kind and attentive staff.

The establishment was fine, as expected. The breakfast was very average. The coffee was cold, they didn't have a microwave (first hotel I've seen this) and almost everyone had it heated in the kitchen. On Monday, we went to have breakfast at 8 in the morning and many things were missing (scrambled eggs, pastries), we told them, but they didn't replenish.

For a 4-star hotel, it seems awful to me. I stayed in October with 12 degrees of temperature in Oviedo and they told me there was no heating and gave me a ridiculous heater to warm up, something unusual. If I return to Oviedo, I will never return to that hotel. Very outdated hotel, dirty carpet, dirty walls.

I was looking for a hotel near the bus station, a requirement that this hotel fulfills excellently. Additionally, it is close to the commercial area of the historic center, so its location overall is good. Cleanliness is also very commendable. The worst part was the noise from the rooms and the trains arriving or departing from the train station, which is also nearby.

Terrible cafeteria service. Waiting for more than half an hour at the door with a prior reservation and it's not due to capacity. At the door, it says “capacity 48 people due to covid” and at this time there were no more than 10 people inside. The delay is clearly due to understaffing, dirty tables and chairs. There was one person serving, providing very slow service. At the reception, they didn't pay attention to our complaints and said, “the category's management is not handled by the staff inside, and they couldn't do anything”. We booked a room with a double bed and found two small beds pushed together. We slept terribly. The cleanliness in general is insufficient. This is not a 4-star hotel. I only give it 2 or at most 3 stars. With what it cost me, we could have been in better conditions.

Las instalaciones del hotel responden a la descripción con un mantenimiento y limpieza correctas. El gran inconveniente de este hotel respecto a ofertas de la competencia en ubicaciones parejas es el coste no incluido del parking, en mi caso me supuso la noche 18 euros, lo cual dispara en casi un 40% el coste por noche elevándolo a un precio desproporcionado frente a ofertas similares. Debido a eso lo desecharía como opción, decantándome por ofertas similares un 40% mas económicas al ofrecer parking gratuito.
