The surrounding area is popular for hiking, cycling, fishing, and canoeing. Picos de Europa National Park is 30 km from the house.

For reservations made less than a week in advance, key will be sent for a surcharge of EUR 3 or can be picked up at the property for EUR 10. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
