We didn't like it. To begin with, the receptionist had no idea what the rooms were like. We were given an interior room, which overlooked a light well. Plus, it was for disabled guests, which we are not. There were two towels thrown in the bathroom, and we didn't understand why, and it's because the water spills, soaking the toilet. The bed was uncomfortable, it sinks inward, small room, we were hot, and the thermostat couldn't be adjusted. I don't recommend it and i won't return.

The hotel is very close to the center, the room was spacious and with a small balcony, but the cleanliness of the bed was not optimal, as we found that the sheets were clean, but the quilt was stained from the first day we arrived and during the days we were there they never changed it and that's really not very pleasant.

Very centrally located hotel, the best breakfast: ham, cheese, cold cuts, all freshly cut and of high quality. As for the room, super spacious, integrated music, two balconies with views of the square, bathroom with a huge bathtub, very efficient staff, parking 20 m from the reception, next to all places of interest, easy access and simple to get around.

The shower was extremely narrow and outdated. There was only a started roll of toilet paper (we had to ask at reception). We informed the reception, as soon as we arrived, that the toilet cistern wasn't working properly and we had to lift the cistern lid to empty it, and they told us they would communicate it to maintenance the next day, as we were already leaving. They didn't even have the decency to not charge for parking or offer a breakfast for the inconvenience.

The hotel is very cozy. We were given a very spacious room with views of the plaza del torico. They were very attentive to accommodate our preferences. The room was well soundproofed, we didn't notice the noise from the square. The cleaning service was magnificent. The reception staff were charming, attentive, with a close and familiar treatment. They made us feel at home. The hotel is close to all the emblematic monuments. Its location is fantastic. The breakfast was varied, balanced, and complete. Great variety of cold cuts, different types of bread for making toast. Gluten-free cookies. Variety of pastries, juices, fresh fruit.

There was a mix-up with the reservation, and the hotel had noted one room instead of two, so they didn't give us rooms with double beds as we had requested. But apart from that, everything else was fine. Regarding the gluten allergy issue, very good, there were plenty of options at breakfast.

Hotel very well located, perfect for a getaway and mini vacations. The staff attentive in the right measure. The hotel reception is on the first floor and is very small, but there is nothing else needed. The heating works perfectly, everything is very clean and the room very comfortable. I believe it is newly renovated or at least the facilities are very new. Bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and a large shower. What to say about teruel that we liked very much, it is small but full of charm. The breakfast buffet is well stocked with sweets, juices, cold cuts, jam, what is not there are fried things (eggs, bacon). Small salon but sufficient. To point out a snag, you can hear the noise of the machines cleaning the streets and the delivery and garbage collection trucks, but if you've been walking the streets and corners of teruel, you arrive tired and sleep through the night. In festive times i imagine that in the center you will hear everything, on the other hand, you are in the center and if you are lucky enough to get a room with views of the square, you will enjoy it. Very recommendable hotel.

The best, the location. The worst, teruel itself; we expected more atmosphere, gastronomy, culture. On sunday afternoons, almost everything is closed and on mondays, weekly rest? i don't understand anything in this capital. Anyway, if you go, be aware that there are few people on the streets.
