Very pleasant hotel, top-notch staff. Unbeatable value for money. It is an old hotel, but the service is very good. Phenomenal breakfast. We will return.

My stay at the accommodation was good, although I would like to point out a few things about the hotel. First of all, the hotel staff is very friendly and pleasant. However, it is clear that the hotel has one star too many; it is at most a hostel. It is obvious that it is old and needs a general renovation because the maintenance is nil; we were afraid to touch anything for fear it would fall on us. The breakfast buffet was correct, a bit of everything. The same cannot be said for dinner. The first course of my first dinner was tomato salad with tuna, and that's exactly what it was: a sliced pear tomato, a dry can of tuna in the middle, and two sliced black olives. The second course was half a bream in the microwave with two green asparagus. The cost was €21, plus €2.60 for a bottle of water; you could expect a little more for that price. For that money I could prepare a proper dinner myself. It was significant that there were few people dining compared to the many who had breakfast; apparently, the dinner attracted more ants that wandered in the fruit area. In summary, aside from these little details, we were fine, slept well, it was clean, it wasn't cold and there was no noise. It could be repeated, but without dinners.

The reception quite bad. First of all, the lady was with a computer behind a column, it seemed like she was hiding. The service was quite bad, they didn't have the ski passes ready (we had taken a hotel + ski pass package and supposedly we were given them at the hotel upon arrival). They didn't inform us well about the breakfast schedule (different on weekends than on weekdays) and the ski lockers. For the price of the hotel, it shouldn't be so hard to give good reception service. The room and the bathroom need a good renovation. There was only one outlet in the entire room. The breakfast was correct, the breakfast staff was attentive and friendly.

The room is very old with a window that does not close well and cold comes in, a bathtub with a curtain that leaks water, the bottom bed pulls out terribly and the entire floor is scratched. The wardrobe has only one row of shelves and the doors have broken wood. Overall, very dissatisfied, it does not justify the price of a 3-star hotel.

Very cozy hotel with the charm of the old. Unbeatable location in the very heart of the village. Perfect for a ski getaway, with the bus to the slopes half a minute away, or for a mountain or relaxation holiday. It is always my first choice when I go to Formigal.

The hotel had a very old exterior appearance, but inside it was renovated, making it a comfortable place to stay. Good breakfast buffet. A bit noisy, the room faced a commercial area and there was noise from people until 1 am (we stayed in August).

We were passing through, on our way to France. We made a one-night stop. The hotel is well located as it is in Formigal, but we didn't like the value for money. We found it very expensive for the type of hotel it is. Very old, heavily scratched floor and old bathroom as well. Everything is clean, but at that price, it would be nice to do some renovations that are needed. What you're paying for is the hotel's location in Formigal.

El desayuno buffet nos gustó, había bastante variedad.
La cena no es buffet pero también cenamos a gusto. Dan opciones de algún cambio en el menú.
La habitación sencilla pero correcta.
Hemos estado a gusto.
