Everything is great. From the moment you step in the hotel, you receive the friendliness of the staff. Besides being a spacious hotel with many leisure areas, pools, spa, etc., the hotel is itself a museum. In one afternoon, we didn't have enough time to visit all the works of art inside. The food is fabulous, both the breakfast buffet and the à la carte dinner. Variety and quality. Although it is far from the beach, there are wonderful views and they offer free transportation. Totally recommended for a luxury stay on the costa del sol.

Spectacular hotel in every way, from the moment you enter reception to the last 'goodbye'. Pools, facilities, gardens, etc., everything is super cared for down to the last detail. Rooms are equally spectacular, the beds are comfortable, and the views from the restaurants at dinner are a delight, overlooking the sea and part of the coast. Without a doubt, a place to disconnect as a couple. We went for our anniversary, and next year we will definitely return. One important thing: don't leave without visiting their spa. One of the best we've ever been to.

Beautiful decoration, staff very welcoming. As for the food, we did not eat well and the prices were quite expensive. I missed a bigger pool with more space, the directions to find the places within the hotel were very bad. Although we didn't like it as much as we thought, upon arrival and check-in we were given a suite. The rooms are large and all the equipment is very good.

Great hotel with excellent personal service. The rooms are very attractive. Everything is very generous. Great sports facilities in the hotel. The food is delicious. Comfortable free shuttle service to the supermarket and the sea. The view from the rooftop terrace with infinity pool is particularly beautiful.

Hotel 100% recommendable, unbeatable facilities, excellent staff but few staff on the infinity terrace to serve you and you have to wait, but it's worth going there.

The hotel was very nice and overall everything was fine, except for a receptionist who was very rude to my friends and me. Her name was natalia and the cleanliness was not perfect, there were hairs and stains both in the room and in the pool on the upper terrace.

The hotel, in general, is very good. The problem is that, being isolated and due to covid restrictions, at midnight there wasn't much to do (as the infinity pool closed). They are quite lax in enforcing the covid safety rules (people without masks everywhere). The food is quite good and the waiters are very pleasant. I recommend visiting the arara restaurant.

The hotel is beautiful, well located for going down to la cubana beach. Very good attention from the staff and very good breakfast with flexible hours. We didn't like the atmosphere of the guests staying there at all. A lot of very rude people who didn't respect the use of masks, not even in a very small elevator. Moreover, if an employee or someone said something to them, they got angry. There were no signs in the elevators stating that only a single family unit was allowed, poorly managed by the hotel; in any public elevator in a store, supermarket, or shopping center it is stated, and they even entered without masks. I didn't like the atmosphere at all, a lot of thugs and what i call riffraff. A pity. The main pool lacks shade. The beach club is very pleasant. The japanese restaurant has very good service, but the chairs are very uncomfortable for eating and excessively expensive.

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. Only drawback: the pools have opening hours incompatible with guests staying only one night (close early in the afternoon and open late in the morning, one wonders why...).

A scam!! we wanted to book an exceptional room for an important and personal event, and we got scammed!! we chose hilton to be sure and we don’t understand how it could associate with this masquerade? thanks to reserving, we are attracted by this hotel which showcases beautiful photos and attractive rates: normal room 70€ room with partial sea view 80€ room with sea view 90€ luxury room 100€ luxury room with partial sea view 110€ luxury room with sea view 120€ suite 150€ suite with partial sea view 160€ suite with sea view 170€ duplex suite with partial sea view 180€ duplex suite with sea view 190€ luxury suite with partial sea view duplex 200€ luxury suite duplex with sea view 226€ and so we took the best there was! except that the suite is called suite, but it’s tiny with a living room suffocated by a mezzanine they call duplex, while to access the upper level, a kind of spiral of a passage of less than 80 cm that prevents you from carrying a suitcase worthy of the name reminded us more of an attic access than a hilton hotel!! moreover, the sea view is really partial with rather a view of construction cranes than what they misleadingly highlight, and to be sure not to be mistaken, we chose a luxury room?? except that we have stayed in several hiltons worldwide, and luxury really characterizes this hotel chain... The rooms are simply basic!! we went to complain at the reception and there, the receptionist tells us, a luxury suite, duplex with a real sea view, is 50€ more and they call it a panoramic view?? i asked to visit this room and i assure you, the sea view was still partial?? we ended up with a normal suite (without a duplex and of course marked as cheaper) with a partial sea view!! we strongly advise against this hotel which offers no interest, expensive, friendly pool but chargeable (on the roof) + 100€ per day for a couple?? very sincerely, i had never seen anything like this, and i regularly travel around the world!!.

The el higuerón hotel is amazing. It has spectacular facilities, super cared for, beautiful, with views of the sea and mountains. The pools with their round and square beds are very clean and disinfected, perfect for magazine photos. Now, to get drunk here, 12€ each drink is very expensive. The rooms are very spacious, with the bathtub inside the room, in a modern style, very cool. What i didn't like much was the breakfast at the hotel, very little variety for a 5-star. I have been in 4-star hotels with better breakfasts than this, but well, i recommend it 100%, i loved my stay there. I will definitely return!.

Excellent hotel. Rooftop pool that reminds of an ibiza beach club. Breakfast was very good, dinners were great (good quality and variety). The staff is very professional and very friendly. The spa is very complete. We were sorry not to be able to enjoy all the facilities since not all were open.
