After almost 2 years since i was there, i have finally relaxed from that stay and i am going to give my opinion.
I understand that it is a hostel, but i have stayed in pensions that seemed like 4 stars compared to this accommodation. They put us in a room that faced the street, at sidewalk level, with a portable air conditioner, which meant that the window had to be open to let out the condensation and the resulting noise of the device, since the compressor is inside the room. Also the noise from the street, pedestrians, cars, etc., etc., and no privacy, and a ceiling fan that, of course, did not work.
The room itself, it's as if they had taken the forgotten room of the hostel and fitted it out. The walls were dirty, the light switches full of dirt, literally, they were white because in some area you could see the color, but they looked like luxury black switches given how dirty they were.
About the bathroom, better not talk, dirty bathtub, shower curtain black, but from the dirt it had, taps dripping...
For me, after many years (more than 25 years) of traveling and hotels, it was my worst experience, and considering i have been from hostels, hostels, hostels, pensions... To hotels of all stars.
And then the customer service. I don't comment because the only thing they told me is the price of the room i had to pay there, after waiting more than 20 minutes for someone to appear to give us the key to the room.
I hope this has been the worst note and comments i have ever made to any accommodation.

The hostel is very well located and clean. On the other hand, the room was old, with a tiny bathroom and quite humid. For that price, it's a good option for sleeping, showering, and not much else.
