The hotel belongs to a chain that we did not know until now, but it has pleasantly surprised us. We spent 3 nights in tarifa to end our stay in the province of cadiz and we couldn't have made a better choice. It is located on the outskirts of the village, but it is a 20-minute walk to the historic center of tarifa. In addition, it is an area that is easy to find parking and with bars, pharmacies, and supermarkets nearby. Right behind the hotel is los lances sur beach, which is quite good if you don't feel like driving. And a few kilometers away you can visit bolonia and valdevaqueros. On the other hand, the service is great and the rooms have all kinds of details: space and comfort, led lights on the bed, fan and air conditioning, terrace, candies, complimentary drinks and refreshments, as well as souvenir postcards, the spa for guests very cheap... The hotel facilities are modern and have a large and beautiful pool surrounded by hammocks and balinese beds, where you can rest in the afternoons while having a cocktail. On the top terrace, there is an infinity pool where they organize concerts in the afternoon, ideal for watching the sunset while having a drink. We only took accommodation and breakfast and the variety and quality of the product pleasantly surprised us, they even prepare omelets and pancakes to taste! one night we decided to have dinner there and we have only good words for what we ordered, especially the dishes made with tuna. Do not miss them! the only downside of the hotel that we have noticed is that the cleaning of the rooms could be improved, since in our room there was a small cobweb and remains of sand on the sheets when we arrived that were not ours... We believe that they do not stick well in the laundry. In summary, we are more than satisfied with the tarifa lances hotel and if we return to the area we would repeat without a doubt!.

Disappointing. We arrived early, which is understandable and acceptable, and we were told at reception that they could not guarantee rooms before 3:00 pm. We returned after lunch, but the room was still not available. It was around 3:45 pm; we didn't use it until 4:00 pm, not without first being told at reception that we had to pay for the room. However, the room was already paid for. Ladies and gentlemen, check this detail before making such a comment. Moreover, they do it in front of other clients who are listening, which is not very professional and puts the client in a very bad position. They had to admit the mistake or mistakes; in fact, they offered us a coffee. Bad start. The worst was yet to come. They assigned us a room, a real hole, with a view of a construction site and no light whatsoever. But the worst of all was the revolting smell we had to endure there; it was vomit-inducing, like rotting sewage. The smell got into your brain and didn't allow you to rest, horrible. Additionally, we couldn't close the bathroom door to try to alleviate the smell; it was broken, another deplorable detail. It seems unbelievable that a hotel of this category keeps a room in such condition in service; it is shameful that nothing is done about it and it is still offered to clients. If they offer you that room, do not accept it, it is unbearable. Of course, we let the supposed manager know, and she told us she would try to change the room, but that the hotel was fully booked. Ideal comment, the standard comment, to slyly ignore the issue and not attend to the complaint, which is ultimately what happened. It is deplorable that she did not even intend to apologize, even though she was at reception when we left the room.

Very good hotel, with a very cool outdoor pool surrounded by balinese beds, another heated indoor pool with a wellness area offering treatments and massages, and another infinity pool on the rooftop with a bar that is for adults only. Our little one was disappointed, and so were we. We chose the breakfast option and everything was really good, to be honest. We didn't have lunch or dinner there because there are several chiringuitos and restaurants around, and the old town of tarifa is about a 10-15 minute walk, and we preferred to eat out. The beach and boardwalk are a 3-minute walk away. I have no complaints about the hotel, we just had the bad luck of not being able to access the rooftop pool because we were with our 9-year-old. Other than that, i highly recommend this hotel, especially for couples.

The best part is the hotel's decoration and location, the staff is very professional and friendly, and the breakfast is very varied and delicious. The worst part is that the same cocktail at the upper pool cost us much more than at the lower pool. The upper pool is a bit dirty. Overall, everything was good and we will definitely return. It's our second time and each time is better.

Everything was great, the facilities, the rooms, i loved the breakfast, the treatment of the staff was very good, the only drawback i would mention is that the doors make too much noise when closing in the morning and some people get up very early and are very noisy.

The best, the masseuse at the spa. The worst, the hotel is very well furnished, but it's far from being a true 4-star. There's a lack of organization and accommodation services. The treatment is cold and superficial, with airs of superiority. And i'm the one paying.

Very good stay, the pool on the top floor only opens in the afternoons and from wednesday to sunday. The breakfast is very good and complete. It's in the second line from the beach and takes about 10 minutes walking. To the center, bars and restaurants it's about 20 minutes walking. There's a mercadona right next door. We will return.
