This is the fourth time i have stayed in a tugasa chain hotel in various villages of the sierra de cádiz as i love this chain for the cleanliness of its hotels, its food, and the friendliness and attention of the staff. But i also have to say the disappointment in my last stay with friends, at the palacio medina sidonia hotel. We were on a full-board basis and, unlike the other hotels in this chain, in the meals where there were four or five dishes to choose from both the first and second courses, in this one there were only two and a bit reduced, the same as in the desserts which had only two. The food wasn't bad, but nothing special and at breakfast, the cold cuts dishes were quite ridiculous compared to the other hotels. Also, in the rooms, they always put two small bottles of water as a courtesy and in this palacio hotel, nothing at all. In short, i thought it would be like the others and it's quite different. The rooms were fine, the best were the beds and sheets, but the bathrooms would need a refurbishment because they look quite old.

An emblematic building, spacious room with a bathroom with two sinks, very comfortable and all clean. Very high ceilings, silence and tranquility. Large wardrobe. Very good rest, both for the tranquility of the street, the hotel itself and the mattress. 5 minutes from a central street with bars and restaurants and the town hall square. The hotel's own breakfast was correct, the service very good. To say something to improve, the key chains are very large and somewhat annoying when you try to open, and the lock is somewhat tight. It's the only thing i can think of. The place is beautiful, quiet, pleasant, good service. Keep in mind the parking lot; this option is very positively valued, as it is 5 minutes from the hotel but there is no other option and it becomes somewhat necessary because the hotel is in the center. The village is all steep and narrow streets, you have to be careful. Everything is perfect.
