    This hotel has too many stars. For having 5 stars, it has many things to improve. Most of the staff are unfriendly, except for the guy who offers to pick up the luggage and a girl at the reception, who would be the supervisor because she was looking around the entire hotel. They have disinfectant gel throughout the hotel, but the fact that they clean the sunbeds every time someone leaves, at least during our stay, was not the case. Then on the day we arrived there was a mask in the pool and the next day the mask was still there. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The breakfast buffet has very little variety. And so many more things. In short, it is a hotel we would not return to.
