The hotel is very clean, attentive staff and breakfast varied and of excellent quality. Located on a street with a pharmacy, restaurants and shops. 5 min walk from the bus and natural pools of lido.

It is very well located, close to restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and the bus stop to funchal and the airport is in front of the hotel. It has wonderful views and the staff is very friendly. But i especially recommend it for the parking. It shares parking with a shopping center, and it is free for hotel guests. Essential, as parking in the area is difficult.

Everything great, very tasty breakfast and unbeatable facilities. Half an hour walking to the center, although you can go by taxi for 6 euros or by bus (the stop is right across the hotel).

Very friendly staff, from reception, restaurant and room cleaning! the studio where we stayed is located in a building annex to the main building, but cleanliness and decoration were in accordance with 4 stars. It was necessary to repair the shower that was not 100% and they did it the next day. The location of the hotel and the views are excellent, as are the outdoor and indoor pools. Very complete and varied breakfast with fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs made to order. With international options. They always have entertainment with live music after a very pleasant dinner. Opposite, all bus and taxi stops and nearby several supermarkets (spar and pingo doce). It's worth going up to the last floor of the hotel to see the views (day and night). To improve: put ventilation in the underground parking that now in august was very stuffy and hot; place air fresheners in the hall of the floor 0 of the studio elevators, as it is a windowless and closed space.
