Good hotel, but in need of renovation. Very friendly team, from the reception to the breakfasts. Overall, a good hotel for spending a few days. They should just consider works to modernize it. Madeira is beautiful, full of beautiful landscapes and tourist spots.

Very weak. Unfriendly reception staff, with bad manners, responded please. One of the elevators was out of order, so half-hour waits. Very weak and low-quality breakfast. Total disorganization at the buffet entrance, almost anything goes. Not to repeat even if it's free.

The room was very old. No air conditioning, no fridge. The sanitary facilities were rusty. The wardrobes were shabby and unpresentable. The sliding door closed with a push. A disgrace to the hotel.

Great experience! impeccable staff. When we arrived, our room was not yet available, so we were each offered a drink at the pool bar. The facilities are true to the photos. It is a spacious hotel with several activities (snooker, swimming pools (outdoor and indoor), jacuzzi, sauna, spa...). We had half board and the buffet is large, with a variety and high quality. There are many options for food, condiments, and desserts. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, it is close to the center. The hotel has partnerships with several activity companies, so they pick you up at the hotel door! the best of all is the quality/price ratio. Really, it was a spectacular experience and we recommended it to our family and friends. Thank you, dorisol estrelícia :).

Hotel with good value for money, reasonable food, excellent human service, with indoor and outdoor pool. It is undoubtedly an accommodation worth repeating. Its less good points are the limited parking and the location, as it is located on a quite steep street.
