Very well located, little else good... The furniture has been renewed, but everything else is pitiful. Dirty and hanging curtains, dirty walls that haven't been painted in years, the sockets and the device where you put the card to turn on the room have never seen a cloth in their lives, they have a life of their own. We didn't have an air conditioner remote control, and when we claimed it at the reception, they told us to get on a chair and turn it on with the button... seriously? Well, yes, seriously, the temperature was the one someone chose in the past, and if at midnight you were cold, get up, take the chair, and turn it off, and if you were hot, do the same... Clearly not to repeat, for a little more choose something better.

Hotel very well located in the historic city of Lisbon. Easy access from the airport, metro 35 minutes stop at Rossio, you cross San Pedro square and arrive at the stylish hotel. The reception is not really friendly. The room is modern with a fridge TV confused with the mirror facing the bed. The bathroom is narrow and does not have shelves for our toiletry bags. Access to the breakfast room with your room access card. Very simple and not varied breakfast with sweet and savory.

Not recommended at all. The room was super small and the bathroom tiny. On the first day, there was no hot water at 7:00 PM. The breakfast was inedible; we went out for breakfast every day. However, it was super clean and well-located.

Correct hotel, we had bad luck because when we arrived, our room was not ready, and they gave us another one, as we were very wet. This second room was very small, but well, it served its purpose.

Hotel with a very good location, in the center of Lisbon, located in the Baixa Pombalina. Next to Rossio Square and right next to the train station, where you can catch direct trains to Sintra. The hotel looks good, it is renovated. The rooms for three people are spacious, the beds are comfortable. Good cleanliness in the rooms and the rest of the hotel. It's a highly recommended hotel for a getaway to visit the city and sleep, due to its extraordinary location. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good value for money.

Simple hotel but perfect for spending 4 days in this wonderful city like Lisbon... Spacious and clean rooms... Reception staff great and very polite, and the most important thing is that it is located in the center, next to the Santa Justa lift... To repeat.

I am going to share my terrible experience. Upon arrival at the hotel, they gave me a room where the air conditioning didn't work. I requested to change to another room, and they gave me another room where it still didn't work. I informed the receptionist, who told me to wait for the technician. After 20 minutes, the technician came and confirmed it was not working. He did a makeshift fix with the wiring and the card for the lights, and it worked somewhat. The room was acceptable, and the bed was comfortable, but the sheets were stained and not changed in the four days. The bathroom was downright deplorable, dirty, old, and uncomfortable. At the reception, they told me they had an airport shuttle service for 20 euros. I decided to book it as I had to leave the hotel at 04:30 in the morning. I did it two days before with the receptionist who had a tattoo on her forearm. Well, surprise! When the time came, and seeing the time it was, I asked a young man at reception, and he told me I had no reservation, that the colleague hadn't booked it. I had to arrange for a taxi quickly (which by the way only cost me 13.75 euros). In short, the only good thing about the hotel or rather pension is its location and breakfast. Otherwise, for those who value my opinion, it's not worth it for the price, the facilities, and especially not for the staff.

The hotel is very well located, in the center, it is close to everything. The rooms are pretty good, but small. The bathroom in general and the washbasin in particular are very small.
