Spread over the town centre, the individually-designed Historical Cascais Apartments offer independent accommodation. Each provides linen, towels and cooking utensils and is located no more than 700 metres from the beach. The apartments are either studios or provide separate bedrooms and living areas. All have a bathroom, with one featuring a massage shower. Free Wi-Fi internet is available in all apartments. There are lots of restaurants and bars within 1 km of every apartment. Cascais market is a good spot to buy fresh produce and a supermarket is near the train station. The tourist information office is under 5 minutes on foot from all apartments. 2 golf courses lie to the west of the town, around 10 minutes by car from the centre. Cascais Marina runs boat trips. The Cascais Historical Apartments are around 35 km from Lisbon Airport. Lisbon and Estoril (3 km away) can be reached from Cascais Train Station, which is a maximum of 10 minutes’ walk from the apartments.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that as of the 7th of April 2017 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that Historical Cascais Apartments have several locations. After booking guests will receive an email from the owner containing the exact address of the apartment and the process to pick up the keys. Please let Historical Cascais Aparments know your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Please note that extra charges are applicable for check-in after 20:00: - EUR 15 until 22h00: - EUR 25 after 22:00 until 00:00; - EUR 50 after 00:00. Please note that a 50% prepayment will be charged on day of booking via credit card details. The remaining amount will be paid in cash, upon arrival. Historical Cascais Apartments reserves the right to authorize your credit card as a damage deposit.
