Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that as of the 7th of April 2017 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.
Please note that extra charges are applicable for check-in after 20:00:

- EUR 50 after 00:00.
After booking guests will receive an email containing key pickup procedures.
Please note that a 50% prepayment will be charged on the day of booking via credit card details. The remaining payment is due on arrival, in cash.
Cascais Premium Location Apartments reserves the right to authorize your credit card as a damage deposit. The incurred transaction fees will be taken out of the returned amount.
