Nice place for rest and tranquility. Beautiful landscapes with nature in its splendor and well-maintained golf courses around. I was disappointed that they don't clean every day or replace the towels.

Reaching the hotel is quite complicated, as it is the pestana complex of houses, villas, etc., and the navigator goes crazy. The hotel is far from ferragudo (the nearest and most touristic village), which is reached by a 1-2 km dirt road. By paved road, you have to make a big detour and it is easy to get lost as there are no signs. The hotel room is very small, there is not even a single chair because it does not fit. There is only one nightstand because the other does not fit. There is only a narrow broom cupboard to store clothes and a table in the hallway with a drawer. The kitchen only has a microwave and refrigerator, plates, two cups, three glasses, a knife, two forks, a spoon, a teaspoon, a kettle... The cleanliness is quite bad, especially in some areas like the windowsill of the balcony that has never been cleaned. The hotel receptionist was very unfriendly, she didn't even tell us where our room was (it was in another building). We asked her about when they did the cleaning and she replied that she didn't know, we should ask the person in charge. On the positive side, there are 8 square meters of terrace (they could have given some to the room) and a pool with a very uncrowded green area. A pleasant place if we forget about the rest. We stayed 4 days, they made the room on the third day and i do not think i will return to this hotel.

The best thing is the tranquility there, deluxe room very clean and good bed, and comfortable. The worst is that you have to leave the hotel for breakfast and it's a bit complicated, the breakfast is very basic. The hotel is very good.

The best thing about the hotel is that everything is new and the staff are super attentive. The facilities are 5-star. Not much hustle since there are english and german people for the golf game. Super quiet. And the worst is that you don't want to leave hahaha. Recommended.
