This villa has a garden and a private swimming pool, which has night lights. Altura Villa is a 7-minute drive from popular beaches such as Manta Rota and Praia Verde.

This air-conditioned villa comes with 3 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, barbecue facilities and a dining area. It also includes an ample living room with sofas and a satellite TV. The garden area has fruit trees.

Guests may prepare their own meals in the equipped kitchen at their disposal. There are several restaurants within a 10-minute drive, most serving traditional fish and seafood dishes.

The many quality beach areas near the villa allow guests to enjoy activities such as swimming, sun lounging, surfing or kite-surfing. Vila Real de Santo António, next to the border into neighbouring Spain, is a 15-minute drive away. Monte Gordo is an 11-minute drive from the property and features scenic beaches and a lively seafront area. For golfing enthusiasts, the nearest golf course is a 4-minute drive from the Altura Villa. Faro International Airport is a 38-minute drive.

After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions.

Please note that the 20% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by Bank Transfer. Altura Villa will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at the time of check-in. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
