The Palace sits regal and yet accessible to the cosmopolitan cafes and leading business premises that make this Malta's foremost address. Malta International Airport (MIA): Approximate driving time is 20 minutes and distance is 10 kilometres. The Palace Hotel is located in the area of Sliema. This central location and the coastline up to neighbouring St Julian's constitutes Malta's main coastal resort. Buses can be taken from the airport, through Valetta and onto Sliema. Taxi is the recommended means of getting to the hotel. Driving directions: From the airport, drive to Marsa and follow signs to Valletta. When in Marsa, follow signs to Msida/Sliema. Once in Sliema, drive along the promenade until the Tower Palace Hotel, turn uphill all the way, and take a left.. The Palace is approx 50 metres down

No es un 5 estrellas. Necesita cambiar las puertas. El baño es muy pequeño. Tiene una iglesia enfrente que te despierta a las 6 de la mañana con las campanas!.

Magnificas instalaciones. Personal muy servicial. Taxi privado para volver al aeropuerto. Una piscina interior para relajarte y disfrutar del agua aunque sea invierno. En definitiva recomendable 100 por 100.

El cuarto de baño olia fatal. No es un 5 estrellas, el desayuno no es ni de un cuatro. Una ciudad de. Playa con el hotel bastante alejado de la playa. Y con una buena cuesta.

El hotel merece la pena en cuanto a la relación precio-calidad.
Ahora bien, el servicio de limpieza de la habitación es lamentable. Muchos días la habitación no había sido arreglada a las 4 de la tarde. Más que limpieza te hacen la cama y poco más. Todos los días se dejan de poner algo, toallas, albornoz, pauelos, café o té, siempre algo.
El desayuno del buffet está muy bien, mucha variedad de todo tipo de cosas, incluído vino.
La piscina exterior está bien, aunque las hamacas están muy sucias ya que las toallas que te dejan no cubren la largura de la hamaca.
El precio de la bebida del minibar es muy caro, casi 5 euros un agua de "importación".
El hotel está cerca del mar... Pero en la parte alta del pueblo. Quiero decir que está a poca distancia pero vayas por donde vayas tienes unas subidas importantes.
En general, teniendo en cuenta el precio, el hotel merece la pena, pero sabiendo que no vas a encontrar realmente un servicio 5 estrellas.
La ciudad en sí es muy, muy sucia.

Impecable en las zonas comunes. Las habitaciones, aunque muy bonitas, carecen del mantenimiento necesario. La nuestra tenía problemas serios de humedades, baera rota... Alarmas que se disparan de madrugada... Limpieza insuficiente sobretodo en el bao. Personal antipático y poco profesional: nos intentaron colar las consumiciones en el bar de otra habitación... Podría extenderme mucho más. No volvería a ese hotel.
