  It is a fantastic classic hotel. I was anxious before I visited there because of some negative comments, but none of them was true during my stay. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was so friendly and kind. I enjoyed the stay in Venice. Perfect location and perfect service.

  Very good location, near to train station. Staff was very helpful, good breakfast, nice terrace with canals view.

  This is a very nice, clean, elegant, and comfortable room. Great hotel services and the location is excellent. But the room does not have a view of the city or channels, nor does it have a coffee station.

  A very nice and calm place close to Venice and at the same time in the calm. Clean, well-equipped, very helpful and pleasant personnel, great breakfast. We will return.
