The hotel is located on the outskirts, in a residential area, near the hospital of siena. In my opinion, it is not advisable to walk from the historic center of siena to this hotel, there are city buses that drop you off at the door. If you go by car, parking in siena during high season is complex, unless you get up early and go to a parking lot. The hotel externally is made of exposed brick, free parking, the interior facilities are quite good, the rooms are clean, the furniture very good, the bed comfortable. The breakfast is varied, sweet and savory, very good. At reception they welcomed us in spanish, advising us on places to visit in siena. Near the hotel we only found one neighborhood pizzeria which, by the way, we liked a lot.

Good hotel with ample parking. Rooms quite spacious and clean. Breakfast needs improvement. Little choice in fruit, there was no milk of any kind, no low-fat yogurt available. The cakes were not the best either.

The breakfast was very good and the bed very comfortable. A bus stop right in front of the hotel takes you to the center, very convenient, no need to drive.

True 4-star hotel located near the hospital, excellent superior room with all comforts, absolute cleanliness, accessories and silence. Reception staff kind and professional as those in the restaurant. I also had dinner and the quality level pleasantly surprised me so much that i will return both to this hotel and its restaurant. Lastly, excellent value for money.

Very nice room, price, hotel, breakfast, and people. It is not close to the city centre, but you can take the bus for 1. 5€. The problem is that the last bus is around 21:30h.

Good three-star hotel, the fourth must have been a gift. This hotel is for you if you are looking for:
1. Making siena your base for tuscany with kids.
2. Tranquility, although it is far from the center.
3. Free parking. Very important in siena.
Otherwise, the breakfast was always the same during the five days we stayed. Exactly the same and not impressive, to be honest. There is a decent pizzeria nearby if you don't feel like going to the center.
In short, i would recommend it for the 3 points i mentioned. Siena is located more or less in the center of tuscany, and it is very convenient to have a fixed base when traveling with children.

The best was the good attention from the restaurant girls. We were a bit disappointed by the afternoon receptionist's attention when we arrived; she was a bit dry. Perhaps because of the language. Otherwise, very good.

I only wish to point out that, following an unfortunate incident, luckily without damage, that was caused to us, the receptionist who received our report assumed a completely inappropriate attitude that was neither suitable to the circumstance nor her role. However, we do confirm our overall appreciation for the hotel, ignoring the insignificance of individual behaviors. If necessary, i can provide every detail regarding this matter.

Quiet and away from the chaos of the city, but close to the hospital, so you can hear the sirens. Spartan structure, more three than four stars, but with a good level of breakfast. Uncooperative staff at the reception.
