This 3 star hotel is located in the city centre of Florence and was established in 1600. It is close to the Florence Duomo and the nearest station is Santa Maria Novella. The Hotel has a restaurant. All 27 rooms are equipped with minibar, hairdryer, safe and air conditioning.
The Hotel is located in the heart of Florencia, 250mts (aprox) from the main stataion, 300mts from Duomo and the city shopping centre. Nearby there is a florists, newspaper kiosk, supermarket, bars, post office, banks, chemist etc. By car: Take the motorway and follow signs for ?Centro de Florencia?. Once in the centre head for the staion " Santa Maria Novella?. The Hotel is next to the " Santa Novella? square.By train: The Hotelis 300mts away from the staion Santa Maria novella?. Leave by the main exit and cross the ?Piazza Santa Maria Novella?.From the airport: The Hotel is 15-17 minutes away by taxi. There is also the public bus number 62, just outside the airport building. Take the bus to ?Santa Maria Novella? bus stop; near to Mc Donolds. Walk across the ?Piazza Santa Maria Novella. It will take aprox 25 -30 minutes to get to the Hotel (including the distance walked)
There are 28 rooms: double, triple, quadruple or semi-suites. All have been decorated with care and have all modern amenities. There is a private bathroom (with hair dryer), air conditioning, direct telephone line, mini bar, satellite TV, safety deposit box and internet connection with RJ11 plug for laptops.

The hotel is perfectly situated for a visit in florence: 5 minutes' walking from the main train station and 15 minutes to the historical points of interest.
The property is in an old building that is decorated in classical italian style. Our room was spacious enough for two people, comfortable, warm and clean. The hotel's staff were efficient and friendly.
On the other hand, the quality and variety of breakfast was medium (i would rather have more fruit) and although the bed and pillows were soft and comfy, yor sleep may be affected by street noises during the night (cars, motorcycles).
All in all, i would recommend this hotel.

Stayed 4 nights: 1st night in a renewed room (modern, nice, quiet, a bit small, 1 double bed, 3rd floor); changed for a twin bed and regreted it (not renewed, ok, noisy, spacious, 1st floor).
Would stay again only if couldn't find better deal elsewhere.
>>tip if staying 3 or more nights, don't let the price of the firenze card put you off; without it you'll spend even more and have to queue for everything.

Hotel céntrico, muy limpio y la habitación muy cómoda y moderna. Nos aconsejaron un parking en la zona muy bien de precio para 1 día. El desayuno es correcto.

Llegamos al hotel sobre las 10 de la mañana, pensando que no podría entrar en la habitación hasta las 14. Sin embargo, para nuestra sorpresa, el amable señor de recepción nos dio la habitación. Nos dio un mapa de la ciudad y muy buenas recomendaciones. Hablaba español.
La habitación era grande, con aire acondicionado, limpia y la cama cómoda.
El desayuno completo y adecuado.
Lo mejor, la ubicación del hotel, en pleno centro y muy cerca de la estación de tren.
Había muchas personas haciendo turismo en el centro. Nosotros nos alejamos un poco y descubrimos en la piazza san marco un bar que tenía apericena por 10€ y además puedes disfrutar de música en directo.
