The good: centrally located hotel, well situated to see the city. Very good connection to the airport. The staff's attention was excellent, they provided us with information about the places to visit. The bad: old hotel, small room with little space as the beds were very close together, the breakfast was very little varied, only sweets, York ham, and cheese.

Hotel with a pleasant entrance, but the rooms are in poor condition! Very clean bed linen and towels, very clean room, only loses points for being poorly maintained! Perfect for 1 or 2 nights. Breakfast is served from 7am to 9am. Great location, near the central station and the center. Supermarkets and restaurants on the same street. We didn't have breakfast as it is served too early! The receptionist who attended us mentioned that it was necessary to pay a fee of 0.50€ if we paid with card, at checkout this fee was not charged! I found it expensive for what it offers!

Pleasant and multilingual reception at the desk, open 24 hours. There is a waiting room at the entrance with charming decoration. Breakfast served from 7:30 to 9:30, simple but sufficient. A person asks and serves the hot beverage of choice. Prefer cappuccino over coffee, too diluted in my opinion. The room (386) was pleasant and sufficient. A small adjoining bathroom equipped with products (soap, shampoo) and towels. The toilet was difficult to access, however, because it is close to the shower. The soundproofing could be improved, but the clients during the stay were not noisy. However, the bird flights outside were very audible. We arrived before check-in time and got a room immediately. For check-out, we could leave our bags at the desk for the day. Ideally placed to access tourist spots on foot (no more than 15/20 minutes walk depending on the locations) and 2 minutes walk from the tram leading to the Florence airport (in 30 minutes journey). I recommend it!

Top notch hotel with great service and central location. You don't find that everywhere anymore these days. Breakfast was included, they were all very professional, and the room was clean and warm. Everything functioned as it should have, and they allowed us to leave our bags for a few hours after check-out at no extra charge. The price was extremely reasonable, and as mentioned in advance, city tax was not included. And again, staff was super friendly and highly professional. I'll definitely book there again.

Hotel very well located, very close to the railway station, the central market, and the center. Also highlight the kindness of the reception staff. As for the facilities, very outdated and neglected room (107), old furniture, old bed, wooden windows, neglected bathroom, very bad facilities. The breakfast was terrible, the coffee impossible to drink, the only things available were cheese and mortadella, packaged croissants and some apples as fruit. Despite the kindness of the reception staff, I do not recommend it, I would not stay there again.

The truth is that the location is the best. You quickly reach the center and also near the station, but the room disappointed me a lot, it was more than old and outdated. For 4 days in November, I would have liked another room, in addition to paying more than 36€ in fees for a hotel that claims 3 stars but deserves one.... I don't like it. The breakfast is the poorest in all of Italy. And having to wait for a person to serve coffee to the entire dining room.... Don't they have a coffee machine? In winter, perhaps, but I don't want to think about what will happen in summer. The receptionists are not exactly cheerful.

We are 3 aupair girls from austria, france and germany currently living in genova. We were wanting to spent a weekend in florence and just searched for a cheap, last minute offer (we booked the hotel one day before we started the trip).
When we arrived there we didn't expected much especially because we didn't even paid much.
But we were overwhelmed by the hotel! it's a little sweet location next to the train station. Our room was clean and even pretty big, the receptionist was absolutely amazing, the lobby is a nice place to spent your time. The breakfast was great as well! after checking out it was possible to let our luggage in the lobby until we have to go to train station. For us an absolute recommendation!! thanks for having us!.

Situación próxima a estación trenes de santa maría novella; también cerca del duomo. La zona es de nivel medio en cuanto a restaurantes cercanos, está en calle peatonal, las habitaciones que dan a calle disponen de más luz que las que dan a pequeño patio. Abierto 24 horas. Desayuno justito, una pasta o el pan debería ser de horno para ser mejor. Personal correcto, con zona común en planta baja amplia en comparación a otros hoteles de ciudad. Los muebles algo antiguos pero limpio.

Tiene buena ubicación, a unos 200 m. De la estación de santa maría novella y a 5 min. Del duomo. Tuvimos una habitación cuádruple bastante grande, con cama de matrimonio y dos individuales. El baño, aunque es grande, está anticuado y ganaría mucho si lo renovaran. Se sirve un desayuno buffet correcto.

Es mu pero que muy antiguo, la habitacion que nos dieron, era como de casa del terror... Menos mal que solo era para dormir unas horas...
De resto todo perfecto, muy hamables el desayuno muy apañado, y mu limpio.
