Hotel in fair condition, elegant and refined. Large and cozy room. It lacks a bit of modernity, especially in the room structure, but overall i found it very good, excellent for my needs.

Correct hotel near a shopping center where we were able to dine at a brazilian restaurant that we loved. The room was very good. The breakfast was very good and a ten for the asian boy who coordinated the breakfast. We were also able to park nearby without having to pay the hotel's parking fees. The only thing we didn't like is that they say they have transport from the hotel to the center of florence, but what they actually have is a van that takes you to the nearest public transport stop.

We found ourselves very well. The structure was convenient for the event we attended for work. Everything was well organized, and the staff were very helpful and friendly! the only drawback was that the bathroom showed little attention to detail. For example, one dispenser was empty and the other with a broken cap... For the rest, good.

The proximity to palazzo wanny, the venue of the tennis tournament, and therefore the presence of many players and their staff in the hotel. Very well-organized hotel.

A good hotel, reception, room with an incredibly comfortable bed (i asked for king size), spa, atmosphere... Of 10. Since it is quite far from the center (i already knew) they provide a free bus with a schedule they give you at reception. To say something negative: cleaning lady at 8:45 very noisy with vacuum cleaner, and banging for everything...
