Great as always, we dined at the restaurant and had spaghetti alle vongole, rich breakfast.

Anónimo,
Gentle staff. Dated room, but functional.

It is a large and comfortable hotel that is well-equipped. You can tell it has its years, there are worn parts, it looks old, but then the rooms are new, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious. It is very clean. Breakfast was perhaps the best. The worst was the area; you can't walk around, it doesn’t inspire much confidence, and the view from our window was of a building under construction but rather abandoned. The lady at the reception was a bit rude and gave us the key to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. When we came down to change it, she was more friendly. In general, the value for money is quite good.

Hotel facing the sea with superb view. The building is not recent and would need a facelift. The rooms are accessible with keys (not cards). The rooftop pool offers incredible views of the sea and mountains. The pool is deep and has no support, so it is made for swimming and not splashing around. Disappointment: at 14:00, the manager added chlorine and closed the pool for about 3 hours (why not coordinate with the pool closure at night, instead of doing it during the day?). Note that wearing a swim cap is mandatory, and they are available on-site for 2€. The included breakfast is excellent and offers a multitude of pastries, yogurt, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, bacon, juice, coffee... Although facing the sea, the hotel is still quite far from the train station (especially with luggage), and the neighborhood is not very nice or very clean. It takes 45 minutes on foot to reach the historic district; otherwise, there is a bus stop right in front. There is a small bar on the ground floor to relax.

Anónimo,
Very kind and welcoming staff, a little less the very small rooms (all the same, double, triple, and quadruple... it changes the addition of possible beds). Very clean environment but very, very outdated in style, everything stopped in the 80s. Overall a great stay to relax. But absolutely out of place to charge for drinks at meals (not even water included).

Restaurant on the 14th floor with a wonderful view of the sea and mountains. Delicious breakfast.

The hotel area leaves much to be desired, with few services and very far from the center. The hotel is not even a 3-star, although they list it as a 4-star, very old room, old bathrooms, the pool is very small for how big the hotel is. The restaurant is very expensive and with little variety. The only good thing is the breakfast, which is quite abundant. I would not return to this hotel.

Anónimo,
The hotel was about a 15-minute walk from the station, a large hotel with very well-equipped and renovated common areas. The rooms were not renovated and for the time they would be 4 stars, not now. Still, the beds were comfortable and the room met what was sought: rest. The breakfast is excellent from the 14th floor, which is spectacular. The neighborhood is like all of Palermo, dirty. There is a bus stop at the door that takes you to the center and station, but we walked.

Anónimo,
It's a big hotel. The location is near the beach, but you have to take the car for almost everything. The hotel seems very nice, but then the rooms need an urgent change and seem like a three-star hotel at most. It has a pool where you can only swim with a cap, and it has a depth of 2 meters throughout. The breakfast is abundant and delicious.
