Hotel rated 4 stars but a bit 'subpar'. When we returned, we took a shower, freezing cold water. Bathroom also a bit dirty. Breakfast nothing special, very classic. Let's say it surely doesn't have the standard to be a true 4 star, as far as I'm concerned.

Structure located in a residential neighborhood not far from Porta Nuova station and well connected also by tram. For us it was very convenient to reach the inalpi Arena. The structure, both from the outside and in the hall, looks very good; the real disappointment was in the room. (We stayed in 407). I state that we are not demanding, but upon entering you can perceive the wear of everything. Broken and disconnected hairdryer (we asked for one which was provided), light in the room and spotlight in the bathroom not working. The windowless bathroom without ventilation fan, very hot room, encrusted mirrors and faucets, and damaged laminate flooring. I hope and wish for them that not all are like this and that they are renovating. For us, who stayed only one night, it was fine, but if I had to return I don't think I would consider the same structure. Good sweet and savory breakfast. Very kind staff.

The structure of the hotel is very beautiful and the common areas are very comfortable. Very kind, polite and helpful staff. The only downside is that the spaces are too overheated; our room had somewhat old furniture and the bathroom had no windows or shower cabin (there was a bathtub).

Average hotel, the staff is very good, even perfect, friendly, welcoming, sympathetic, and professional, but it's not a 4-star, it's more like a 2.5-star French! A bit out of the way, noisy upstairs, and the equipment available to customers and the facilities are not up to a 4-star standard, nor are they state-of-the-art! However, I must specify that the hotel and the room are very clean; the service and the maid are excellent and that's the most important, also the room and bathroom are spacious! But, upon our arrival, the TV didn't work, the safe didn't either, and the air conditioning, which dates from another era, at least 20 years old, made a horrible noise, but it still cooled a bit. Arriving on a Sunday, there was no service to repair these 3 things, we had to stay Sunday without television, this is not a 4-star service. Nevertheless, on Monday, at the earliest hour, it was fixed. If I have to rate this hotel on a scale from 1 to 10, I would still give it a 6.5/7 because there are positive points and it's not a hotel to avoid, simply, don't think you're renting a 4-star, thanks!

Elegimos este hotel por ser un 4 estrellas, multilingüe y por su ubicación que es perfecta, pero por desgracia tuvimos varios problemas. Llegamos un viernes por la mañana, y en recepción al entrar dijimos buenos días, a lo cual ni contestaron; fuimos nosotros quienes empezamos la presentación en español y no nos entendieron. Al no estar lista la habitación, lo cual sabíamos, dejamos allí las maletas. A nuestro regreso recogimos la llave de la habitación y nuestra sorpresa fue que, para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, no estaba en condiciones: el parqué estaba en mal estado, al igual que el baño (adjunto fotos) y no había agua caliente, más bien era templada, ni gel ni champú. Al día siguiente por la mañana, sábado, dejamos constancia de ello y que regresaríamos por la noche y, por favor, que estuviese arreglado, pero nada de nada, incluido el toallero electrónico que no funcionaba. Es más, pusieron juegos de toallas para una persona, no para dos. El domingo por la mañana lo volvimos a reclamar y ya por la noche tuvimos agua caliente. La habitación no estaba insonorizada.

Good hotel. We would stay again.
Pros: rate (we got a good deal). Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, excellent coffee and warm breakfast staff.
Cons: 10 min. Walking to station porta nuova (although we had an inexpensive 2 day pass - which i recomend).

Las habitaciones no todas están insonorizadas. En el desayuno buffet no hay mucha variedad y son un poco lentos a la hora de sacar la comida. Se tarda unos 15 minutos al centro. Cuidado con los precios en los bares del centro. La habitación esta bien. No hay canal espaol en la tele a no ser de pago supongo...
