Traffic lights for vehicles
Traffic lights for vehicles. Cork in Ireland, a city with a very beautiful navigable river, with people in the streets but not crowded, you have several bridges over the river, several churches, several museums, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, burger joints, a market, everything. However, the traffic lights are more for cars, as you have to press a touch button and when it turns green, don't take too long as it's only a few seconds and it turns red again for pedestrians. Otherwise, all's well.

City for everyone

Travel recommendation in Ireland
My recommendation is to rent a car (although driving on the left can be tricky at first). We've visited Blarney, Glengarriff, and Kinsale. Glengarriff is a bit further out (1 hour and 15 minutes), the other two towns are half an hour away. With 2 more days you can see Cork: pubs, the English market, the jail, stroll by the river... The destination is great!

Coastal Village in Ireland
We loved the village of Cobh. We traveled by bus from Dublin, which was our destination. It was a three-hour journey and the ticket to Cork cost 50€ round trip for two people. From Cork, there is a train that departs every 30 minutes and costs 3.90€ per person per trip. Cobh itself is a very small but very beautiful village. It has a Titanic museum that we really liked, several pubs with live music for a good experience and good prices.

Cork, good experience
Cork, Ireland. Pleasant place, nice people. The cool weather for sleeping in summer is perfect. The music in the pubs is excellent. The food is the worst, but overall the place is good to visit.

Very expensive
Very expensive. We go to Cork quite a lot, but we never stay. Like everywhere, we found it to be quite expensive to eat or drink out.
