This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation and use of facilities. The security deposit must be paid in one payment, and cannot be paid by separate guests. The repayment can take 3 to 10 working days. City Studios & Apartments cannot accept top-up debit cards.
