    Unfortunately, i can't say many good things about the accommodation. The room was old and rundown, and the windows were drafty. The street noise barely let us sleep. The windows could not be darkened. Breakfast was spartan and vegetarians were completely ignored. There wasn't even a milk alternative. They should consider adapting to modern times. Martina brase.

    The young man at the reception was very friendly and gave us good tips. Bus stop is right at the door, subway about 10 minutes on foot. Two/three stops and you're at the port. Rooms are sufficiently large for a few days. The mattresses are firm and we slept well. I would definitely book again. Thank you.

    The room was clean, spacious, and chic. Very friendly staff. The only minor criticism was the lighting. It was too dark and had an unpleasant light. Therefore, unfortunately, a small negative point! otherwise, recommended.

    Quick, uncomplicated check-in. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Windows are well insulated. The hotel's location is very good. Good connection to public transport. In summary, good hotel for a visit to hamburg.
