Ich hatte ein premium-zimmer gebucht und ein sehr kleines bekommen, obwohl laut rezeption größere verfügbar waren. Das bad hatte eine badewanne und keine dusche, was im alter beschwerlich ist. ärgerlich das frühstück. Um 10h gab es keine brötchen mehr, nur ein großes stück brot. Die qualität war nicht erstklassig, die salami etwas ranzig. Alles wirkte etwas lieblos.

Buen hotel, un poco antiguo. Desayuno buffet limitado, poco variado.
Cogimos habitación premium para dos personas y era amplia.
Atención al cliente cordial, pero si tuviera que volver cambiaría de hotel. No es hotel de 5, es uno de 4 y puede que en atención al cliente en españa haya así uno incluso de 3.
Minibar vacío, pusieron una botella de agua el primer día y no retiraron la vacía hasta que nos fuimos y estuvimos 3 noches.
En el baño, papel higiénico, pastilla de jabón y nada más.
No volvería, para mi lo único bueno era la ubicación y tamaño de la habitación.

Hotel céntrico, de cinco bien merecidas estrellas, habitaciones espaciosas, cama confortable, baño completo con toallas suaves y esponjosas. Desayuno, tipo boda, desde frutas que alguna ni conocía, bollería, más variedad de panes que en el supermercado de al lado de mi casa y platos elaborados de la gastronomía típica alemana, ensaladas de arenques, salchichas etc. No quiero imaginarme el surtido de una comida en el restaurante. Personal amable, lo único que mejoraría es que contratarán algún empleado que hable algún otro idioma que no sea alemán e ingles. Para tomarme una copa en una mesa en la calle me las vi y deseé para explicarle lo que quería beber. El precio, algo menos de cien euros, me pareció hasta barato, por el tema del covid muchos hoteles estaban cerrados.
