Perpignan, an interesting city
Perpignan is an interesting city where I have been many times. It has interesting monuments and is quite pleasant. Notable is the increasing number of beggars living on the street and people asking for money on the street. You notice this if you stay for several days. If you only visit for one day, you may not perceive it. I recently went to Narbonne and it's the same. France, gentlemen, is supposed to have a better standard of living than Spain, and it's not true.

Surprising visit to Perpignan
I was surprised. I had only been there for one day. But the truth is that I was surprised. The first day we took the little train in front of the carrilet that takes you through the center with explanations for 50 minutes. The streets in the center are pedestrianized, with shops and many restaurants. At the Galeries Lafayette, on the top floor, there is a cafe and terrace with hammocks to relax or sunbathe while you have a coffee or tea, and you can see all of Perpignan.
