Hotel with an excellent location, 50 meters from a taxi, scooter, and bus stop. The metro stop is also nearby. Beautiful medium-sized room, more than sufficient for 3 or 4 nights. On the downside, it does not have its own restaurant (there are several in the area, mostly japanese). They do offer room breakfast service at a modest price of 33 euros per person. Yes, yes, 33 euros for a coffee, bottled juice, several pastries, and a toast... Hotel friends, you are overpriced... At reception, they do not speak spanish, but they do speak english.
