Comfortable, clean accommodation decorated with style. The reception is very welcoming and the staff very friendly. A stone's throw from tivoli park. I would repeat without a doubt.

Very central hotel just three minutes from the train station that takes you to and from the airport, so the convenience is absolute. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly. If the room faces the street, as was our case, it can be somewhat noisy. However, you don't hear noise from other rooms; the rooms are well insulated. Although we found the room very clean, the daily cleaning of the rooms could improve a little. They were very kind to us, to the point of allowing us to stay an hour longer in the room and checking out at 12 instead of 11 because the flight didn’t leave until the afternoon. Also, they allow you to store your luggage on the last day in case you want to take a walk around the city if your plane or train departs late.

The hotel is wonderful. It is true that the area is near the central station (with all that it entails of certain people), but it is also worth it because it allows you to be connected with the rest of the city and the airport in a very simple way. The rooms have what you need. They are nice, clean, and the bed is comfortable. The prices are common for copenhagen. That is why i suggest they make discounts for guests who stay there again :) the breakfast is very good and very varied. There is everything and, if they don't have it, you can ask for it. The waiters are very attentive and very pleasant. They also have advantages in tivoli tickets or bike rentals. They even advised us to buy things elsewhere because they were more expensive there... And that says a lot and very well about their staff, who are magnificent. In short, we will surely repeat.

Hotel very well located, next to copenhagen's central train station. If you arrive from the train station, you go out through some stairs next to the police station (politi). Upon arrival, you are given a card to store your luggage until check-in, which takes place at 2:00 p. M. The room is cozy, with a comfortable bed, flat-screen tv, desk, empty fridge, and complimentary coffee and tea. The room was cleaned, and the towels were changed. The only downside is the bathtub, which is very high and hard to access as it is next to the sink. They should replace it with a shower. The breakfast is very good, especially the coffee that is served in a thermos jug. All the staff is very friendly. The decoration and atmosphere of the hotel are very welcoming. We highly recommend it. The breakfast staff speaks spanish, which is appreciated. I highly recommend it.

Hotel with a very good location, near the central station to get around the city and the outskirts. Clean. Attentive staff, very complete breakfast. They offer the possibility of not cleaning your room in exchange for three gift options. (useful if you stay one night). Acceptable value for money at least through reserving. I recommend it. Ask if they have rooms with a shower since the bathtub is high and can be complicated for certain people.

The hotel is very well located a few minutes’ walk from the train station and the town hall square. During the entire stay, we didn't need to take the metro to explore the city. We also took a day trip to malmö in sweden since the train only takes just over half an hour. We really liked the breakfast at the hotel, very complete and the staff was very attentive. The room itself is functional and we didn't lack anything. It has shampoo and shower gel in dispensers. The first day, our bed was very dirty but we reported it to the reception and they changed the mattress, protector, and duvet. They have a luggage room where you can leave bags both on arrival and departure.
