Located in one of Prague’s many historic buildings, Apartment House - The Modern Flat offers fully renovated units in the centre of the city. Parizska Street is a popular destination for shopping and is just a 10-minute walk away. All apartments at Apartment House have modern design elements, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a hydro-massage shower. Several have 2 floors and 2 bedrooms. Some have a bathroom with a spa bath, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The Namesti Republiky tram and metro stations are both 500 metres away. The city’s Old Town Square and Palladium Shopping Centre can both be reached on foot in 7 minutes, and the Jewish Cemetery is 1 km away. Stvanice Island and Letna Park are both 800 metres from Apartment House - The Modern Flat. Prague airport is 15 km away and transfers can be arranged upon request. Limited parking spaces are available on site free of charge.

Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note there is no reception. Guests are kindly asked to contact Apartment House - The Modern Flat at least 2 days in advance in order to arrange transfer of keys and receive necessary information. Late check-in is possible for surcharge. Please also note that there is only a limited number of private parking spaces. Parking spaces are available for an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.
