This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that the car elevator can lift cars up to 2500KG. Garage size: 2.15 metres in height and 2.33 metres in width. Please note that full cleaning is not included in the rate for stays of under 5 days. Guests may request this for an extra fee. For 5 days or more, daily cleaning is included in the price but you can ask for extra cleaning. For the studio it's 25 EUR, for the Duplex it’s 35 EUR and Penthouse 55 EUR. Please note that breakfast is free of charge for children up to 4 years old. A smoking penalty of EUR 150 will be required if guests are found to have been smoking in the property. Late check-out costs and extra 20 EUR / hour up to 14:00. After 14:00, the cost of an entire night will be charged. Please note that you are required to present a photo ID card and a credit card upon check-in. A 100 EUR security deposit will be requested at check-in. Please note that in case of damage, the property will request the total amount corresponding to the value of the damage.
