Villa Familia

On the outskirts of Schruns, Villa Familia offers Alpine-style apartments a 2-minute ride with the free ski bus from the Golm Ski Resort. Free parking is provided. Each apartment at Villa Familia contains a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and dishwasher. Private bathrooms come with a shower and there is an additional toilet. You can store and dry your ski equipment in the heated storage room. The ski bus stops close to the property and also goes to Silvretta Montafon Ski Area in 20 minutes. Supermarkets and restaurants can be visited in Schruns. In summer, the hiking bus operates free of charge. Schruns also offers an outdoor pool. Please note that the ceiling height in some rooms is slightly low due to the design of the time (1946).

Please inform Villa Familia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
