Room cleanliness is poor. We had to ask for the cups and glasses to be removed. And under the bed, full of dust bunnies. Not worthy of a 4-star. Near the ski slopes. The spa is only free once per reservation. The reception is very good. The breakfast is magnificent.

We had stayed at the hotel last year and that's why we came back. Upon arrival, we found some changes due to the hotel changing hands (hotel chain). We were disappointed that they had put the use of the pool under a daily fee of 12 euros per person when it was previously included in the hotel price. The condition of the rooms is generally good, although the bathrooms already need renovation and/or maintenance, especially the ceilings. The restaurant is very good and the staff, in general, were very attentive and friendly.

The service was exceptional. The staff were super attentive at all times. Without a doubt, we will repeat and 100% recommend it. The only drawback was that there was no parking space available for the family car, but we managed to solve it easily.

We have been coming to this hotel for several years and this year the dinner was disappointing. There was little variety and quantity. In general, it is noticeable that there has been a change in management. If the situation does not improve, it is possible that people will stop coming. We are already thinking of alternatives for next year.

It is a very comfortable hotel and very accessible from the slopes. Warm and cozy rooms. The buffet is varied and the food is in line with the quality of the hotel. The staff's treatment is excellent.

The Gran Pass hotel did not seem like a four-star hotel to me. The ski storage is small, and they only gave us one key for the three of us. The reception was terrible. Towel change every 4 days. Little variety in dinner. They took a long time to give us the room. Reception was crowded on the first day. I will not return to that hotel. Thanks.

The room leaves much to be desired, a cell, window to an unventilated inner courtyard and with horrible heat. I asked for a change and they told me I hadn't requested views. They didn't ask me about views in the booking, and one thing is views and another is an exterior ventilated window. A disappointment. The lockers are a disgrace, they give you a padlock key for 2 and 3 users. Restaurant, very nice and pleasant waiters, vulgar and repetitive buffet, horrible juices. I wouldn't go back. Towels change in 4 days, so the same ones for the whole stay and sheets the same.

The hotel does not meet the 4-star standard, impossible to reserve a parking space until arrival, which led to finding a spot at 21:00 hrs and at -4° to park. The next night there was a space. The reception staff with little or no empathy, it took us countless calls to the hotel after our check-out to get them to refund the locker fee, 20 € (a cash deposit is required and before departure, it is refunded to the user) and the lady did not recognize the fact, until I asked to speak with her superior. They refunded the money via the card. The triple room only had 2 beds and a sofa/folding bed despite the communication that there were 3 adults. On the ceiling in one corner, we found dampness. The bathroom is not of a hotel of such category, no storage space, only a console on wheels to leave the toiletry of 3 people. Highlighting the treatment and kindness of the waiters and the head of the dining room.
