Our room seemed to be perfectly clean, however the smell inside was awful - especially in the shower room.
Breakfast - very poor, no service from floor staff at all, they hardly managed to clean up after guests.
Swimming pool - please do something with a habbit of russian guests to keep a towel on sun bed and leave. Eventually, pool is empty however it's impossible to find any available seat. Same situation with the beach.
Spa - relaxing, enjoyed treatment.
Housekeeping services are good - very quick
General impression - the hotel is a way understaffed and full of russians.
