Our group of friends stayed in the villa area of this hotel and since our arrival, we were very well looked after by all the employees. The villa bar and villa restaurant team were incredible (to mention some names, cumali, osman, murat, and tuna went above and beyond). They checked that we had everything we needed and made sure everything was good for us. The food and drinks were just incredible! the guest relationship team ogushan was super helpful and resolved all our questions, needs, and problems, so we were very happy with the service from him too. The only thing that needs a little better customer training is reception—we had an issue with the cards on the first day, and reception kept sending us to other places and when we called again, they said we needed to come to reception (it is not a small area to go back and forth after many hours of traveling). Calling them to reception, they even hung up the call and did not apologize for the inconvenience of being sent to the wrong place. But the rest of the stay really made us forget this first experience we had—the shows were amazing too in the amphitheater! just work on the customer skills and inform the employees with the correct procedures in reception—after all, this is the first and main area for customer impressions.

This trip was one of the most beautiful trips that i have enjoyed in terms of services. The hotel was like a dream, everything is available especially for the kids. The facilities were superb.
