Bad things: after entering the hotel, there was no one at the reception. I had to search for the owners to check in. The room wasn't clean; there was cigarette ash on the nightstand. The table was sticky. In the drawer there was hair and some stain; it looked disgusting. When we entered the room, it was smelly. The air conditioner is dirty; it's harmful for health. It hasn't been cleaned for so many years! when the air conditioner is on, water is dripping from it to the floor. We hit our heads on the roof because it's low. You can fall on the threshold; it's dangerous because it's not fixed to the floor. On our first day, there was a pipe break, and we couldn't flush the toilet; there wasn't water, but later they fixed it. The last day, a button from the elevator fell out. Sensitive documents are stored without protection at the reception area. The wi-fi connection was really bad; on the top floor i couldn't connect to the wi-fi. When we went to the beach, we gave our key to the owner, but the key wasn't secured properly because they put it in the reception area, and they went out from the reception. There isn't even a camera to watch it! the elevator looked good, but the windows are really dirty. Good things: the location of the hotel is good. The breakfast was rich. The pool was big enough. The staff is kind, the bed was comfortable, the doors and furniture looked good.
