Anónimo,
On arrival, reception, and another employee, were very helpful checking us in and taking our bags to the room which was lovely as it was late, and we were very tired after a long day of travelling. Once we got to our room it was basic but very spacious, however this is when the problems started to arise. Our air conditioning was stuck on 24°c and being on the top floor was far too hot to sleep. I headed back down to reception to get it fixed and was told that all rooms were set at this temperature, and it couldn't be changed, this later turned out not to be true. The range of food wasn't massive, but was enough for us to eat at each meal time. The actual facilities of the hotel were good, swimming pools, shop, pool tables, table tennis etc., but our major issues included the very limited amount of drinks included in all-inclusive, to the point where we were told we had to buy water to take it to the room. Quite of few of the members were very rude. The waiters in white shirts on an evening worked all day and were friendly, but there were two middle-aged men that walked around on their phones and were actually being nasty to other english guests, to the point where a group were saying that they were struggling to find something to eat, and he moaned walked to the next table and told this turkish group what had happened, and started pointing and laughing at the english group. Regarding the animation team, they are far too pushy, my sister and i didn't want to play water polo but were actually dragged the length of the poolside and pushed in and told to play. Being a 21-year-old girl, i thought this was totally unacceptable, especially as she is currently recovering from an operation, hence the supposedly chill holiday. The following day, the animation team actually got in and played water polo to even out the teams. The one guy who started the game played fine and everyone was getting along, but then he got out, and 2 others got in, and then it went down hill very quickly. They take it far too seriously and are very rough, especially as kids are playing. When the young lads started to get rough back, that was it, they kicked off and threatened to kick them out and swiftly ended the game. Like i say, it was only ever escalated by the animation team themselves. Speaking to other brits, they had also bad experiences to to the point where one had a cockroach infestation in their beds and upon telling the staff, the manager squared up to the woman and only once their tui rep had seen and complained for them, did they get moved. They had to spend 2 nights in a cockroach infested bed. Overall the hotel isn't bad, but the all-inclusive is misleading and most of the staff are rude and unhelpful, especially towards brits.
