  I booked the 5-star hotel solely for the all-inclusive plus, but received at most 3-star all-inclusive plus, and in the last days even only full-board, which was a bitter disappointment. In the last days, i couldn't get either ayran or sparkling water (was not in the minibar) and even no halfway decent turkish coffee. When asked what i should drink to quench my thirst, they answered to drink fanta or tea, which was either too sweet or too hot for me. Sure, i might be too demanding (especially since i prefer milk beverages like milkshakes or iced coffee, but made from real beans, which is only a dream there), but i did not fully pay for 5-star all-inclusive plus for that. I have been traveling on business for 8 years with very short trips, so i have experienced numerous hotels worldwide and have never seen anything so miserable. The facility is not only outdated, but also neglected. First impression was spoiled with many scratches and dirt stains in the lobby area (e. G., at the lobby bar, but not only there). Rooms were not as shown when booking with decorative pillows and color blankets. This immediately caused feelings of inferiority. The toilet seat always hit the back when sitting (and that was the case with other guests too). Food is inferior. At breakfast, yesterday's pastries were served steamed (so the important crunchy pleasure was forgotten for the week), only at the end was fried stuff freshly prepared. On the last day, not even fried eggs were available. Red meat was scarce and what was considered somewhat noble was spoiled with bad frying oil (carcinogenic) (a turk gave fried trout to a cat and it didn't even try it for that reason). Fruit selection was rather limited, as i like to eat pomegranate and melons in turkey, which are seasonally and even in cheap supermarkets plentifully available and not expensive at all. Animation was performed without external dancers or other artists only as miss-aska or mister-aska and at quite late time where doctors recommend sleeping. There was often cardboard or plastic dishes in the restaurant and little tidied up, for example, until 8 am nothing was done although breakfast was already offered for an hour. I hope all guests who were also dissatisfied after inquiries will also give feedback here so that others know what to expect here.
