El hotel es fantástico, a una calle del empire state, totalmente reformado e insonorizado. La habitación era bastante amplia e incluía un microondas, cafetera y tetera. La única pega: el personal de atención al público (exceptuando al conserje, que nos atendió fenomenal). Tuvimos problemas con el hotel (no con central de reservas, que nos gestionó todo cuanto estuvo en su mano) al cambiar la habitación doble que contratamos con central de reservas a una triple durante 3 noches del total de la estancia (9 noches). Por teléfono nos dijeron que no había problema con el cambio. Al final nos hicieron pagar la habitación triple por la estancia total porque no nos permitían cambiar sólo a una triple por 3 días (cuando nos dijeron previamente que no habría problema). Eso implicó 120$ de más). Quitando eso, y que nos congelaron 500 € en la cuenta como fianza, todo lo demás perfecto.
