Impressive Valladolid
Impressive Valladolid. Valladolid, located in Yucatán, Mexico, is a place full of history, impressive Spanish colonial architecture, and delicious Yucatecan food. Some activities you can do around Valladolid: Explore the Cenotes - Valladolid has many natural cenotes ideal for swimming, diving, and enjoying the beautiful landscape. Some of the most popular cenotes include Cenote Ik-kil and Cenote Xkeken. Visit Chichen Itza - The ancient city of Chichen Itza, one of the seven wonders of the modern world, is located near Valladolid and is a very popular tourist attraction. In addition to exploring the ruins, you can also visit the nearby sacred cenote. Stroll through the historic center - Valladolid's center has impressive Spanish colonial architecture that is worth exploring. The Main Square is a great place to start, and then you can walk through the cobblestone streets and discover beautiful churches and historical buildings. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation in Valladolid.
Francesca, . Chichen Itza (Yucatán)
Chichén Itzá archaeological Maya
Chichén Itzá is the most famous Mayan archaeological site in Mexico. Very touristy and very hot, but the effort is worth it.
Antonio, . Chichen Itza (Yucatán)
A spectacular visit
Visiting one of the 7 wonders of the world was spectacular. Additionally, we visited the cenote of Oxman and Valladolid. The excursion is highly recommendable, and booking it outside the hotel is much cheaper. We also visited Playa del Carmen on our own, and it was very nice. We wanted to go to Isla de la Pasión and Holbox, but the weather was bad.
