This luxury hotel is set amidst 700,000 m² of tropical gardens in a fantastic location on the white, 800 metre-long sandy beach.
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. Some rooms include a balcony. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be booked. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. The hotel is located on one of the best beaches in the riviera maya. The facilities are very good, many pools, bars, and restaurants, although the food left something to be desired, as did the service (you have to line up and wait). The room is adequate, not spectacular. Lots of jungle, lots of nature, which we see as a positive point. The drink bar is acceptable. The sports bar works 24 hours, but we didn't like the snacks. The beachfront is huge and very pleasant.

An incredible complex, in a natural setting with many areas that respect the original jungle formations. Beach with plenty of space and many places for snorkeling (if the seaweed allows it, because although the hotel works tirelessly and has installed a seaweed collector, it is something that surpasses everything). The facilities are in very good condition, lots of space throughout the complex, in the common areas, pools, restaurants, lobby, etc. The food is phenomenal, a lot of variety at the buffets and plenty of alternatives in the à la carte restaurants for dinners. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's hard to say something negative, but to mention some details that can be improved, there are two things to highlight: 1) the drink service is slow both at the bars, which can be understandable with so many people ordering the cocktail of the moment, and in the restaurants, where you are quickly served water but if you ask for another drink, it is slower than the food. 2) the shows become quite repetitive. They have a fairly good ballet, but all the shows are dance, so in the end it’s more of the same. Some variety would be appreciated, maybe one day another type of show like magic or humor. Overall, it is a wonderful hotel that i can recommend 100%.

Excellent resort, with all kinds of activities, good service, excellent facilities in an idyllic setting, the mangrove with its animals, you are greeted by a pond with flamingos, you sunbathe with iguanas... The à la carte restaurants must be booked well in advance, they are very popular, they are worth it. The food in them and in the buffet is varied, plentiful, and well-prepared. The hygiene measures are excellent. We have repeated and it does not disappoint.
